To be honest it shouldn't be in the UNA market as it does not support mobile phones. 

My advice is to not use it right now and hopefully UNA can find an alternative for group chat/live stream chat. Rocket Chats code is open source so UNA really should take a look on how to fix those problems.

That's why I went with a "snapshot" install for the chat. I do say that the support is totally gone for the product though.
