I had seen that there are 2 "export" buttons and tried both.

1) As you indicate, using this button all accounts are exported, regardless of the selection made. I am not an expert in usability, not at all, however it seems to me that it would be more intuitive if that button exported according to the selection made. Otherwise, it might be called "Export all".

2) I tried this option, but it doesn't work because it doesn't allow to select rows from different pages. For example: I want to select those accounts with "unconfirmed" status: in my case there are 1296 as can be seen in the attached video. I then select all the accounts that appear on the first page. Then when I want to go to the second page to select more accounts, the ones I selected on the first page are deselected. On the other hand, even if it worked this way it would be very tedious.
