Bootloader error

When you click multiple or single download, the download window appears and is blocked. Error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404".

I know it's a server configuration issue, because there is no error on the other server.

What should I enable or disable for this to work?

    • Hello Yra !

May you please specify where did you try to download those files?

      • Hello LeonidS !

This is the setting of the PHP in cPanel.

I was just trying to upload them to the discussion.

        • Check your php extensions. Looks like some need to be installed.

          • Thank. You really need to install something. But what exactly is responsible for uploading files, I think only the developers know.

            • I see what you are asking now. Check the storage folder permissions to make sure your user has rights to it. Also, did you make sure you setup the files module correctly

              • Everything is fine with the rights, as well as inside the site. The same works on the other server. I use shared hosting and have not changed the hosting settings, they are just different.image_transcoder.php?o=bx_froala_image&h=3892&dpx=2&t=1597772398

                • In the original post, you mentioned: "When you click multiple or single download, the download window appears and is blocked ". So do you mean upload or download trouble? If you mean that you can't upload some files - please specify with what extensions do you try to do it?

                  • You see, it never comes to downloading. Usually there is a window where it is indicated which extensions can be loaded. So this window is not shown, it simply cannot load.

Take a look at the screenshot above. I click on the button (arrow below), the bootloader wants to appear but stops (arrow above).
