Channel Questions

Hello!

I've seen that the channel has a 'Post to feed' block.

My Question is: Who can post tothat block? The channel creator or any member?

Second question: Will it make any sense to use both channel 'Post to feed' block and Channel 'Comments' block? I was wondering whether I should enable the channel 'Comments' block as its kinda similar with the channel 'Post to feed' block. Both can be used for feed posts, questions, comments etc, right?

      1) Posting privileges are extended to duly registered and verified members of the channel.

      2) The "Post to feed" block encompasses a wider array of functions, and as such, differs from the Comment block in question.
