Installation from Softaculous

I tried i installing una script via Softaculous but it's showing ""The installation package could not be found!""

      I've got the following answer from Softaculous Support:

      "It looks like some package of UNA is missing in Softaculous plugin.

      Please run Softaculous CRON command as root user to get latest package.

      Please visit  the below given URL to know Softaculous CRON command according to your panel:

      https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/immediate-synchronize-with-softaculous-servers/ 

      Also please check in Softaculous Admin panel, it might be UNA script is disable from Softaculous Admin panel.

      If you still face same issue then please share your control panel login details so we can check this issue asap.

      Let us know."

      So you may check the mentioned points first and contact us (and they too) about the results.
