Lists / Catagories / Links

Hello beautiful people! I'm looking for a way to allow site members to add Links to other websites. It could also be called Lists, or perhaps a Catalog of items that members call submit to. Is there some option to allow members to add to an existing catalog? Let's say we wanted to collect and display all links to chat rooms on the internet. Is there a UNA module/app that allows admins to set up such a catalog/list that members could add to?
