Messenger Service 12.0.5 won't start, not showing configuration page

I run two sites using UNA and pay for 2 messenger services. On one site I de-installed Messenger Service 12.0.5 to fix a bug I was seeing. When I try to re-install the module the screen gets stuck on installing. If I hit refresh it shows installed but, not active. I click on the toggle button to turn on the module and make it active. It shows as active but, once I leave the app it goes back to not-started. Then I get the following email saying Database error in SmokeyMcDuffs.
