Mobile Apps popup Adds

Having both Mobile Apps compiled I am having issues with these popup adds on the initial install and app launch. Does anyone have an idea where they are coming from and how to delete these as they are not compliant with Google play and will reject the app on Google play and the App Store..

You need to check User-agent before show ads.

FYI.. The app Pop up adds in the mobile app were coming from OneSignal Settings.
