My Hosting Experience

I have often seen post asking for a good hosting company but have refrained from making any suggestions until I have 2 years experience under my belt. I left Site Ground because their Control Panel changed to some off brand and was difficult and had less control over my shared hosting. Also their price jump quite a bit and sent me looking. I had hosting for other projects for over 6 years and is where my first experience with Dolphin install was. Siteground specialized in Word Press and had very little experience in helping with Dolphin and UNA issues. It was during the transition from Dolphin to UNA and decied to go the UNA route.

My UNA.io site has been hosted with TMD for 3 years this June. There have been some bumps in the road but they have been very helpful in resolving issues that deal with their hosting and several times gave me information that I need to forward to UNA.io. Their response time is good for Open Tickets, and are willing to talk over the phone as well. When I asked them for rates for 2-3 years they offered me a 3 year renewable contract for about 40 % off published pricing.
