Notifications - Multiple

I am having trouble with Notifications, both in Push and Email. 

System will send 2 notifications, then 120 seconds later send 8 of the same notification. 

Please can someone tell me where to find the cause of the problem? Is this my Cron jobs or an UNA setting?

      Possible you have the combination of Push and Email notifications. You may try to disable some of them via Account->Settings->Notifications.

        All email notifications are off, but system still send emails in duplicate when someone creates or replies "Conversations" 

        Push Messages  from Messenger also go out double, sometimes 8,9,10 copies of the same message. 

        My problem is the duplication of messages. 

        Where can I look at the code to see what is causing this problem? What manages the sending of messages from modules that are outside of messenger?

        Reading on una.io, I am seeing many people saying there is something wrong with the messenger module.

          The notifications are being duplicated in the database, so the problem must be coming from the UNA code. Please can you advise and share a solution?

            May you please make a screenshot with the duplicate records in the `bx_notifications_events` table (I guess you mean this part).
