Org Moderation Stopped Working

Hello everyone, since I updated to 12.1.0 some days ago I have observed issues with my Organization moderation feature.

Just found out that it's either it's stuck in deactivated (missing button) or in activated mode. Moderation settings has no effect. @LeonidS @Alex T⚜️

Please I need help.

      Did you install some mods recently? Usually, this trouble may appear if some app prevents the proper running of the AJAX query. Plz try to check the error lo of your server.

        Yes I made a clone of the Organization Module. I did it while I was running 12.0.0 and it worked fine. However, I removed the clone before updating to 12.1.0, updated all modules and did a new clone for the new version.

        I have tried to deactivate the clone and test again but still having same issue. I have done same thing I did while running 12.0.0.

        The error log is attached please.

        • NEW OBSERVATION

          I realize this doesn't happen when Administrators account is used to create a profile.

          But any other account creates profile that are grayed permanently.

          It shows it's not about server resource.
