Paid Levels - Unclear how Admin manual changes in Membership are processed
I setup a paid membership level, connection with Stripe api works like it should (only did it in test mode, so far). But when I set the membership level back to non-paid standard membership as Admin manually, the level doesn't fall back. The outcome now is, that the Member has Standard Membership in its profile, but Premium Membership status for the paid period in its Membership Settings, although the member does actually only have Standard Member's privileges (see picture). What if I have a case when I intend to set it back and cancel the paid membership immediately, on purpose? There is no cancelation button for the member either in Membership settings. Is that due to the product set in Stripe as periodical?

BTW, trying to manage Memberships results in a blank lightroom window, which I already reported. See picture attached.

Keep us updated on this please. I intend to do the same and connect paid memberships to stripe as well. I also noticed your billing period is 1 year. What if you change it to 1 month? Or for testing purposes- can you do daily? Does the cancellation option still not appear?

Hello @thomlin !
Is it possible to check from your side, what response does have this action? It is possible to check via Developer console (F12 In Chrome, the Network->Response tabs). Or via the error or access logs of your server.

My members pay a yearly membership fee, that's why I used this period for my test case. There should be no difference when changing it to another period of time, as a paid membership level is always related to a specific product in Stripe with the same time period. My question is about the logic behind the paid levels system. For working with the UNA community framework, one has to understand the considerations of the dev team for a certain module, in order to prove a bug or improper use of the user.

HI @LeonidS , some script error for the not-clickable pictures in Timeline replies. See attached screenshot of Chrome Console. I'm not sure if that has been already addressed for the upcoming update b3 by the devs.

im just thinking that the cancellation would happen at the end of the period, before the next billing period starts. So the reason your user continues to have premium membership settings is because it’s not cancelled in Stripe- as the charged period still
continues with the current billing cycle (1 year).

@LeonidS , for the problem with blank page when changing membership, I'd like to ask you to try yourself on my devbuild site, in order to prove that it is non-expected behavior.

I made a free upgrade membership plan, and as user upgraded it- but now there is no cancel option for end user to downgrade.

No, I mean the error on your Manage people area and Network tab, not Console.

Hi , there is no entry in my error log, that's the problem. Some errors in the console, as shown. That's why I would like you to check it by yourself. I cannot find the traces to the error. But the window is empty with a small, framed square in the center.
Edit: Screenshot with Chrome Developer Console attached

access log only shows status 200 entries, except from the una *.js.map files, which I know is common to have 400 error entries for.
