photos lightbox on windows laptop in messenger

When I click on a photo in messenger, the photo opens up bigger than the screen on my windows laptop in google chrome. It won't let me scroll to see the full photo. I think it's the lightbox?

What resolution has your laptop and what Windows version is used there? Did you update your Chrome to the latest version?

It's on the dell 17 inch, only 1440p resolution. It's updated.
