Point voucher not working

another nightmare has started, My point voucher module is no longer working. and this is one aspect my site depends on to generate traffic.

      Your issue is that you're trying to do Studio actions using a non-administrator profile. Either grant your profile an Administrator memlevel or switch to a profile with Administrator level already assigned.
