Problem with database = Database query error

Hello friends.

It seems that there are problems with the database on our website.

In the admin section of the website, we want to edit in the forms section:

by clicking on any item marked Nr.1. an error will appear which is in the picture Forms_2.

By selecting the values ​​in the fields marked No.1. the waiting symbol No. 2 will be displayed. which doesn't disappear even after a few minutes of waiting...

By selecting the value in field No.1. for example "Discussions" the waiting symbol Nr.3 will be displayed. which does not disappear even after several minutes of waiting... and field No. 2. doesn't change and is gray...

By selecting the value in field No.1. for example, "System" does not show the waiting symbol, but everything seems to stand still and nothing changes even after several minutes of waiting... and box No.2. doesn't change and is gray...

It is unequivocally clear that something is wrong.

I think it's the database... because at the beginning after installing SW UNA everything was fine.

Probably something happened after the SW update-upgrade...
