Quill editor is not available for profiles in 13-RC2?

Just to make sure, that it's not a unique problem. Quill is not available for profile texts in UNA 13-RC2, am I right?

Yes, exactly. I don't see the Quill editor when adding or editing persons or organizations. I get this

I run a UNA hosted 13RC2, so I'm very sorry, but quill works fine in profile texts...

Unfortunately, the update to 13-RC4 did not solve the problem, @LeonidS . Miracles happen, but very seldomly in software enineering. In all the other Container and Context elements I have no issues and quill editor is available. But in Persons and Organization profile forms, it won't show up.

Finally solved. There was a bracket '[' missing in the settings.
