Referral System Module Not working?
Please someone help me reachout to @Anton L @AQB Soft , the referral system module I bought is not working, it is over 4days now that I have been trying to reach him and his company but they are not responding to my chat neither do they respond to my mail. Please I want to confirm if the issue I'm experiencing is a bug problem or a configuration issue. I notice Paid members cant access their Referral Home. they keep getting access denied, you can also watch the video to see what i mean.

Mod works perfectly. It's a configuration issue from your end. Go to page->affiliate system->affiliates system->settings->visibility and select desired membership view of page.
Do these as well for other pages like "referral activities", "referrals" and "system tools" (if page is access denied).
Understand that by default, for most newly created membership levels, their visibility may be unselected in page settings, hence access denied for members in that level. So generally check page settings visibility for other pages that says access denied.

I have gone through all the information provided and I can see that all visibility are set to "anyone"
and for membership level, I have already set their action and visibility but the issue still persist

Honestly, my head is really hot right now, I have bought this module it over 2weeks I bought, it's not working properly and I'm not getting support for it.

This issue is yet to be resolved, It is over 2months bought this, I still could not use it because of the bug.

Please I, beg of you @AQB Soft get the bug on the referral module resolved. Since the upgrade to UNa13, the referral system is not working, existing user can not refer new user. When new user clicked on referral link to register, it does not appear in the account of the upline.
Work into it.

@AQB Soft , I sent you mail every day to let you know the importance of this project. Without the referral system working properly, I do not have business using the UNA.
My business has been on a stand still because of this Referral /Affiliate issue not working properly.
Users can't register new downlines under them.
Please attend to this ones and for all.

I have not heard anything about the update of the Referral system that is not working, @AQB Soft it is over 3days you said you are checking on it and we are yet to hear from you any news regarding the bug fixing

Hello!
User should finish the registration by himself to be sure that the registration is real. So, the all information about referrer is stored in browser of the potential member and after his confirmation user is added to the referred list automatically. It means that if admin confirms the profile it will not work. But admin can add referral to this member manually via studio->affiliate system->members area. It will take the same take as profile confirmation via Accounts module.
We will update this algorithm in the next version and to make it possible to register user after admin's confirmation.
