reply by email in contact form?
Is there a way to reply by email when people send a message to the contact form? So I can reply to them directly from the email. Does UNA already do this?

Yes, if you have the enable option "Assign 'Reply-To' header to sender's email address" in the Contacts app then you may answer by email directly.
