Site down for maintenance and I’m totally locked out AGAIN

So yesterday I had to do fresh install after trying to update and site crashed . Then had to bug you guys at una to link my pro apps package to my fresh install

and now after getting it back up it’s down for maintenance by itself and i only installed una apps !

I can’t get into studio either! Im completely locked out

im sorry but this is terribly frustrating

can someone please help me out

        As you know from your ticket's answers now your site and WHM aren't available from my side. Something is wrong with your domain now.

        • the video below is me login into the dedicated server. I granted you root access to the entire server. in there you will find bodybuildingsocial cpanel account to do whatever is needed.

          my site somehow auto updated and is down again, i went to github and copied the files that were missing and put them into my template as per your post to same issue from another user. Nothing worked.

          • cant i just pay to properly install this exact una site were using now, template and all to my own dedicated server?

            cause i love the site were using right now with artificer template and thought i found the software i wanted to use after a couple weeks of thorough searching.

            But im not a programmer, and this site isnt end user friendly when it comes to all the bugs.

            You have been nothing but helpful LeonidS, and im sure half the issue is my lack of dev experience.

            HELL I CANT FIGURE OUT FOR THE LIFE OF ME WHY YOU CANT EVEN ACCESS MY SERVER. AND ITS DRIVING ME NUTS LOL

            • UPDATE: the problem was in my IP regularly banned by your server. So via VPN, I could fix the 13A2 upgrade problem and your site is now available. You may continue to upgrade it till the 13 B4 version. Don't forget to upgrade all modules every time via the Studio->Apps Market->Updates section.
