Suggestion - Exception from paid join for certain memebrship levels

Following up on the discussion started by  here https://una.io/d/how-to-attend-paid-course-for-free , I'd like to suggest integration of membership levels, for excluding certain membership levels in paid join. I suppose, that there are many use cases when that could be an advantage, for example for associations, customer club members, etc.
