Is it possible for admin users only to have the ability to tag @everyone? If there is some important announcement and we want it to appear in everyone's notifications? (this is useful for sites that just start out and may not have users logging in all the time)
Actually there is promote and pin actions in Timeline module for admins, so you can promote and pin some post in Timeline, then it will appear in everyone feeds at the top.
