Text Editor Settings

If it is not to complex, the next text editor allow toolbar variations based on membership. For most members at the Standard level a simple, limited editor toolbar, while for a "content creator" level ,one that allows articles type post, a full editor toolbar. UNA has been using 3 different configurations already.
