Update needed for Russian module. Missing and deprecated module translations - UNA 13-RC1

Hello UNA Team,

I was checking the Russian module and here are what I found:

1. The following module translations are missing and should be added:

bx_api
bx_artificer
bx_fontawesome
bx_donations
bx_markerio
bx_messenger
bx_nexus
bx_stream
bx_xero

2. The following module translations should be removed from RC1 as their respective modules have been either deprecated or scheduled for future releases:

bx_anon_follow
bx_datafox
bx_dolcon
bx_froala
bx_ocean
bx_reminders
bx_reviews
bx_se_migration

3. Many strings are missing in different module translations. The Russian module packed with UNA 13-RC1 is an old module version, probably from UNA 12.1.0. It is outdated.
