User activation by email

Ok guys, i tried to search for info here but nothing would work...

Can anyone plainly explain how to set account and or profile activation only after user clicks on email link?

I just installed Una13 and there is no user but admin and no modules installed yet, i would like to set this first. In my test install User would get 2 emails at the same time..one to click on a link to get activated and 2nd saying that it is activated. Any help is appreciated!

      In Studio, go to Launcher then Settings:

      Under the Account section, disable the option that says Automatic account activation after creation

      For the drop-down box that says Account is confirmed when, select Email is confirmed
