video post does not dispaled

Hellowhen I add video with a post to the timeline the post does not display and i have no error (UNA 10)

Your Cron Jobs arent' run every minute as should - need to correct it first. Also, check error log after this video uploads - may be there were errors during convertation (this process depends from Cron Jobs).

i have cron every minute :
* * * * * /usr/local/bin/php70 -q /home/web/public_html/periodic/cron.php
the periodic has permission 755and cron.php has 644where i can find the errors log ?
