(First post.) I am just starting off with UNA and wish to allow users of my site to create a post that would appear in their friends' feeds/timelines, like most other social networking sites.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but to do that the "Timeline" app needs to be installed, right? To that end, I'm having trouble installing it; namely:
1) When I try to access the "Apps Market", any link I follow (except "Downloaded") returns "YOU NEED TO ENTER KEY AND SECRET PROVIDED BY UNA IN SETTINGS -> GENERAL.". How do I get the "KEY" and "SECRET" that I need to use here?
2) I worked around this by going directly to the App page (https ://una.io/page/view-product?id=32) and downloading and then extracting the app folder to the modules folder on my server, and it did end up appearing in the "Downloaded" page of "Apps Market" however when I tried to install it, it told me the Timeline version (11.0.1) is not compatible with my version of UNA (10.1.0).
Does anyone know how I can finally integrate Timelines into my site?

Welcome to aboard! Let's review your questions:
1) The ley-secret pair may be took here https://una.io/page/my-sites . Generate it to your domain and then enter your Studio->Settings->General settings area.
2) Yes, we're now in the coming release of UNA 11, so we have similar issues when the apps aren't compatible with the core. So you need first to install the Developer module of 10.1. See how to do it here https://una.io/page/cmts-view?sys=bx_forum&id=4888&cmt_id=22380
Then go to Studio->Developer area and switch the value of "Update channel " form stable to "beta", then press "Save". You have enabled autoupdate so it will be automatically.
Then install the necessary apps.
