How can I configure my site so that a user can edit the title or body of a discussion post they make after submitting it? Is there a plug-in to add this functionality?
Hmm, looks like it is there, not sure why I thought it wasn't before, but before thought it was only available for other levels of users. Attached is screenshot showing it is available.
You have to give them permission to do it.
Studio -> Permissions -> Actions -> Select A Level -> Then turn on or off what you want them to be able to do.

I'm unable to give Discussion edit permission to Administrator, why is that? I can do it for Standard member though.
Could you please describe in details why "unable to give Discussion edit permission to Administrator" ? screenshot would be helpful
