I have been touching UNA for about a month now and have never been able to install "spaces" and "channels". Today I removed these two and downloaded again, but when I click the install button, I get the same message "Update language: An error occurred. Contact with module's vendor".
Can anyone help me with a solution?
I am using PHP 7.4.30 and UNA 13.0.0-B1.
I'm not sure if this is related, but I have tried clearing the cache and removing access restrictions, but no change.
I will add other troubles below as they may be related.
・HTTP ERROR 500 in Conversation.
・The "Update" button to UNA 13.0.0-B2 on the dashboard does not work.
(I have already set the system to update forcibly, but I do not see any change.)

May you plz specify if you have other language apps besides English and Russian?
I have the same, after i have reinstalled it i cant install it again and i use GERMAN ENGLISH and RUSSIAN langs.
The SPACES need deffently a fix. If u click on Notification of Spaces u get all time an ERROR showing on page. Selfcreated hashtags in Profildescription will not showing as link for example
If i delete groups i get a database error, when i delete Accounts or profiles, the Profile or account is deleted but there content not! The content is still hanging in the modules and than this modules showing an ERROR on Page or not working correctly anymore

Thank you for your reply, We are using English and Japanese.
Then try to disable Japanese and then install both apps.

Thank you very much for your time. I have looked around the studio and searched the community, but cannot figure out how to disable or uninstall it. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some instructions. Is there a step-by-step system manual or more detailed instructions somewhere?

Disabling the Japanese language app gave the same error and Spaces and Channels could not be installed, so I uninstalled Japanese lang app and was finally able to install the above two. I appreciate the helpful links. Thank you again.
