Every text can be translated via the Studio->Polyglot->Keys area. Just type there the part of the phrase which you want to change.

I have many times, it doesn't come up.
"Type something" text depends from the files of the Froala editor placed in this folder:
modules\boonex\froala\plugins\froala\js\languages\
