Has anyone successfully migrated from PHPfox to UNA, it is complicated?

I would like to migrate... but I want to find a clean/simple way... (I've made a migration, but back in 2007 from Skadate to PHPFox and I spent one week to do it and still remained some data which was not migrated :))) )
