I am trying to reset a user password from Admin NOT from Acct which enables me to RESEDND RESET PASSWORD, but rather change it right from Admin - is this doable ? Thanks.
Thanks Chris, but I don't see same Setting Button/Icon you have (I circled it below) - even though I am logged in as Studio Admin - I only see the bottom Menu Footer which you see on 2nd pic below: I did see this icon before, not sure I can't see it anymore.. FYI - I am running UNA v12.1.0 - not sure if this has anything to do with that..

Possibly, you are working with the shown area under the account without enough rights. Try to check it with operator.
