I've downloaded and installed TASKS, but pages are not loading and not available in navigation. Any help would be appreciated.

The tasks can be created only within context apps like Groups. So for example, you need to create a new group, then on the group's page visit the Tasks tab and press there the "New task" button.

No, it doesn't work "inside out" of smth.
