Jot server is a small server app on its own and has nothing to do with the UNA system. Therefore Messenger Module is running independently from the whole UNA framework. If you have problems with connection of your jot server you either check your ssl certificates if they are valid or the communication port on which your jot server is listening to (commonly 5000). Those are the main issues people have to deal with when having problems with jot server setup.
Edit: If you cannot solve it on your own, I know from my own experience, that Alexey, who is the Master of Messenger mod of the UNA team ☺, is always very supportive when somebody is having problems with the setup.

After I updated to v13.0.0-B2, Messenger broke. Alexey fixed it on my site and planned to release update same day. He also pointed out problem with Jot Server exists. I assumed Jot Server update which he gave me thumb up. Must be misunderstanding.
Checked and Jot Server was running. Port opened since 2018.
Primary domain running https and I'm like WTF?!
In Jot Server config, changed root path and pm2 restarted. In Messenger settings, changed ip to different domain on same server. Problem solved.
I have checked your site and as far as I see there is problem with js code of one of 3rd modules, I have install it's update and problem disappeared.
Let me know please if you still have problems with Messenger.
Discovered an issue with "Send recorded video". Can see that cam is
working (led indicator proved that) but no pop-up video screen. Tested
with latest Brave and Firefox.
I am working on the update, it will contain fix for this problem also, I hope to release it till the end of the week.
