No, this is not acceptable. Anyone with a license running 10.1.0 should be able to download the apps for their version. 10.1.0 is the current stable release of UNA. Please correct this now and not after the release of UNA 11. I am stuck now trying to rebuild my site and you as owner of the company is telling me that I have to wait until UNA comes out of a beta release? No, this is not acceptable to me or to Gershwin Gabriel and the entire community should be behind us on this issue.
Sorry, this is the temporary part due to the coming release of UNA 11. It will be fixed automatically after it. If you need to have this app right now, then send me UNA studio access via Messenger.
Please be advised that Boonex is in violation of Australian law if they do not restore our access to the apps market for UNA 10.1.0. To mitigate any legal remedies that Gershwin or I may take, I advise that the app market be restored ASAP.
Hey Alex, sorry for the delay in responding to your advice. LeonidS took care of it all. Thanks for the service. I am now trying to deal with the query_cache_size and also try to turn it on. Other than that all is well. Best!
Alex; there is another way, restore the correct apps in the market. Remember that someone paying $50 a month means that Boonex has a legal obligation to provide the apps they are paying to receive. Is Boonex refunding that $50.00? This is just crazy; not the way a company should be doing business. If this was all free it wouldn't matter; however, you have people paying Boonex for apps and yet, you are not allowing them to install the apps.
What I find upsetting is that everyone else here on UNA is just sitting back and not saying a word. Boonex is basically saying "f you" to me; telling me I just have to sit on my ass and wait in order to rebuild my site. This is costing me money.
