Bingo!!!, 

The mess has just cleared off. I tried creating another new Test Field to see if it will register and appear normal, as i submit the stuff just corrected. Meanwhile I had tried to replace the engish module completely with the original but it didnt show any effect.

Its ok now, no worries.
