Does your profile has admin rights? If yes, then provide me via Messenger your studio access.

Hi LeonidS, I already solved it. The problem was because the administrator user didn't have a profile (apparently if only has an account and no profile, it doesn't show you the delete buttons); I created the profile for him and the buttons appeared. Thanks a lot
