I had contact with Freichat last quarter of 2019 when I had a failed installation trial stopped halfway.

They sent me a file that made the installation to progress to the end, however it's having some other issues to work.

So they promised to roll out a plugin for UNA in January.

I will try following them up. That should solve the challenge everyone is having.
