Most of the things are page blocks reorganization, it has nothing to do with theme.

1) to have 1 post per line you need to use Timeline block, not Outline

3) set fixed page with via Studio > Lucid > Styles > [Select you Theme and Mix] > Body > Page Width: 60rem
