I have to say that this is really frustrating, my whole project that i spent yrs building was corrupted and had to loose everything including users profiles and their pictures. I have to start all over and convince them to come back which won't be easy....SMH!

What then is the essence of backing up websites? Tell your host to help restore your site to what it was 1 or 2 days before the issue.
