For now, you may upload the icons in SVG format which have the possibility to add the animation via styles. It is possible to do via Studio->Designer->Injections area.

  I have been looking into that. As an UNA cloud subscriber if I upload the new SVG icons would I use the SVG file names that were uploaded as the html "images" names? Would I need the exact image placement specs or would it just simply swap the images. Hope you understand what I'm saying

  No, every menu point has the own icon if you upload it. The repeated SVG images you may post via Studio->Storage app, but those items will not available to use in menu.
