The common trouble of this part (Timeline doesn't add the new post to the feed instantly) that the page contains the Javascript error which break the running of all JS code. So need to "catch" it first via Developer tool. Did you watch something similar, dear Will Monte ?

Hi, umm i don't understand your question, but yes, i'm interested in the auto refresh as well. Like Will Roberts mentioned, this is very important for members. Now a days, people use mobile more then ever and if they need to manually re-fresh pages, They will not come back to the site. LeonidS honestly, this function is very well needed.
