Thanks for the test, In fact I see that it is a known Bug in the version for linux.
You need to download the latest version of libffmpeg.so and copy it to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera/libffmpeg.so

Thanks for testing it allowed me to find the problem. It works that way.
