You have a couple options. You can go into the Polyglot module, search for "unity," and change the message to whatever you'd like. You may also change the image by going to the Designer module and clicking on Cover. Finally, you could go to the Pages module, select Homepage from the drop down, then click on settings, and turn off the Cover.
