Thanks LeonidS . I would do that but "Delete with Content" doesn't work. It just hangs. All I can do is "Delete". Seems like there should be option on the accounts page to "Ban users IP".

  If the "Delete with Content" action doesn't work then it needs to find what is wrong, usually, some error may prevent the correct end of this command. According to your records in another thread, I suggest that the deal is in the 3rd party mods.
