I thank you guys, but my problem is that i would like to make another account an admin, but i can't on the site that i'm working on. I can login as admin, but i don't have any way of changing a random user to have admin capabilities. There is no wheel next to a user in studio > accounts to change the membership and if i go to profile page and change it in "set membership" it won't give that user admin capabilities.

I think I found a semi solution because I think although UNA only allows one admin profile you can give another profile all the same permissions including switch to another profile. Login under admin and go to permissions app and upgrade your profile to moderator  using the admin profile and give the moderator permission to  "Switch to any profile". This would give a moderator the ability to become the admin profile. Also Admins can create another profile that has same Admin powers in the same menu I showed you "Create New Profile".
