Custom 'Paid Level' members are missing Profile Icon
I have noticed when a membership level is changed from 'Premium' to a custom level I added, the small profile icon at the top right and the create new button (+) are gone.
Is this a setting I may have missed, or is this a bug?

You need to check in Navigation Module, this new user level is probably not able to view those menu items. When creating a new custom user level it is often a good idea to copy an existing user levels so the permissions are inherited - then you can tweak to suit your purpose. It’s probably an easier way than creating permissions from scratch.

For others that may have this problem, the solution is within Studio > Navigation > Member Toolbar. The custom/added paid level group was not automatically enabled.
