Notices of Invoice for Module Payments

So I just got a charge for $100 for a module I had bought a while back.

The problem I have with this, is that I never got a notice about the charge coming...so it also put me in the hole, as I don't keep a lot of money in it. Then my bank charged me another $30 on top of that...

So it would be nice to get a heads up email about a charge that's coming...so I can prepare for it and I don't have to end up paying for it twice...
