Updated Notifications - Release early?

Doe we know when RC10 will be available? My users are really complaining about all the notifications and I see where the Notifications update will allow users the ability to control what notifications they want to received. Seems to be working fine on the Dev site according to UNA team. 

If it is going to be a while before RC10 is released, is there a way to at least update the Notifications module so that we can apply that earlier?

    • You can get an idea by looking here, when numbers of open tickets = zero it is imine. For rc9 so I had a very accurate idea he proposed update the day or the last ticket was closed. 

      • The new Notifications update required changes in many system components and almost all modules. We have to release it with the RC10 as planned, but we are pushing as hard as possible to make it happen soon. There are mostly minor issues and small improvements left to address, so we should start making the upgrade script and version packaging in about a week. That means release within two weeks roughly.
