Link adminstrator does not work

How is it supposed to work? It must open mail client? or internal mail on the site?

Hello Baloo!
Before UNA it was meaning that the user who wants to ask the admin may use the contact form on page/contact. But now, as even pending and other "non-active" levels may use the whole sets of actions, you may add "new conversation" to the necessary level and open this way for contact between the users and the admins too.
