timezone isse and fatal error

when trying to install i get the following errors. Any help?

    • Could you please specify your PHP version ? Is it happening during UNA install or during some module install ?

        i had set with at php 5.6 as i was trying to install dolphin and it happens during UNA install. I went back in and changed it back to php 7.0. however it now gave me new errors! lol
